I appreciate the honest and open conversation on body image. It's also nice to hear it from a man. I believe everyone has some sort of body image issues once in a while. It doesn't help that most everyone's pictures are filtered, photoshopped, taken in the perfect lighting, and obviously very posed. Not to mention the numerous people on ped's. I personally don't see a problem with them, do what makes you happy at the end of the day. I just wish people were more opened and honest on the subject. Plenty of men and women are on them, and providing false belief that eating right and exercise will make you look like "xyz". While it will help, it's only going to get you so far. It's also not natural to be shredded all year round. You look great at either size - honestly. Just do west makes you happy. Sometimes society can give us false ideas of what makes us happy. And you're allowed to change your mind along the way. One day you'll likely give a f less if you have abs lol.

This is such an important message and I’m so glad you touched on it in such a lighthearted way. Body image issues affect men and women and like you said I think we’re all so inundated with fitness influencers whose job it is to look good 100% of the time that we forget that the rest of us are just living normal lives with normal jobs and don’t need to put that same pressure on ourselves! Love your videos Niall- I’ve been a huge fan of you and Megan and you’ve both gotten me through lockdown 😊

Loved your vlog as always! Noticed you were down my way beach wise! If you re looking for nice places to beach wise in the summer and winter actually then you should try Swanage, Sandbanks, Studland Bay, all really lovely places for beaches and walks! If you don’t mind going a little bit further try Lulworth Cove, it’s gorgeous down there all year round :) worth a google/explore if you want to get out and about to different places down this way along the coast :) x
