Yeah this was the first beach that looked calm enough and in a cove, we've passed so many beaches on this journey that we just didn't want to risk. But this one had lots of Aussies who swim there with kids so figured it must be ok (not on a cold day like us mind you 🤣) heading into the outback so doubt we will have any swimming for the next month sadly 💔💔

Well, I'm one to stick to a budget, so, if you have the budget for a big boy lens by all means get one, but, if the money is not there then wait. Right now, I think the filming you've been doing is pretty great, I can see things quite well without a big lens. I like your hair wavy Keely, I always wished I had naturally wavy hair, I guess either way, hair can be a pain to style but wavy is really pretty. I think you've been blowing us all away with what you've been seeing so far, can't believe all the wildlife, it's just amazing. Looking forward to more, drive safe and just go have an awesome trip.🏊‍♂🏊‍♀🥰✌

Definitely need a Big Boy Lens. Imagine the fantastic close up you could have got of daddy emu and his babies or the echidna looking for ants. It’s the daddy emus that sit on the eggs and then raise the babies. Mummy emus are very free with their favours and mate and lay eggs for two or three different daddies each season and then leave them to do all the hard work. 😊
