I have got the same issue, but when I try to request a review, I check all the boxes I upload the bank statement and write in the text box. But when I click send, it starts loading and then it says "request couldn't be submitted, please try again later"It is 5 days later and I'm they still say please try again later. Some backstory for me. I run ads for 30 hours, I got 1 order, 3 hours later my account got blocked when I was traveling. I did not add any other payment method. OR I didn't even touch ads manager, I was traveling.... any solutions to that?

I have a coach and a similar problem with my ads account I have requested a review and they said there's a banner that says "confirm account" and once I fill that out I can run ads. There is no banner. My coach said create a new ads account under the same business manager and run 4 day engagement campaign than start doing sales ads.
