I'm no expert but isn't this box neg 30k? Even with juiced gradings I don't think you came close to half value. With juiced grades and heavy discounts on slabs I just can't see this being a good investment.

Doesn't make much sense to sell the pack slots after you open them, unless the buyers can publicly verify they don't know you. Otherwise lots of potential for shenanigans. For example, you pull blue eyes, you buy a pack spot, and assign it to yourself. For transparency seems like you should just sell out the box before you open it.
