Looks like HBO is about to drop another great show, while my Netflix account that I pay $20+ for a month rarely ever has a show worthwhile to keep my subscription open for. Once Ozark and Stranger things are over with, they better start getting some new quality shows or it's goodbye to that overpriced platform.

Instead of making a miniseries they should do a new season for each major crime city. Nothing like a great show that goes only 6 episodes😒 Dopesick was another epic series and should've gone a few more seasons

This has big The Wire vibes and I love it. The cast is phenomenal. I can't wait to watch. It would be nice to see The Wire rebooted and or continued...IF RESPECTFULLY WRITTEN AND HANDLED.

The value of good production, is it's rarity. Making more of the same lowers the value. Without tradition, new things die.

There is no reason for The Wire to be rebooted. The show still hold its relevance to this day.
@thehoopman882 жыл бұрын
The wire doesn't need rebooted and is better than 99.9% of today's shows
@cinematicsamurai31552 жыл бұрын
@@thehoopman88 I partly agree with that but not with your percentage. The Wire can be rebooted and or "continued" if it is respectfully handled but things are so quickly produced these days and that makes the writing awful.

The miniseries of the year. The TV show ofhe year. Period. I will be running Jon Bernthal's and Wunmi Mosaku's Emmy FYC campaigns.

@@mattjuckett9327 It's not eligible for the 2022 Emmys. It releases way after the deadline, in August. And I'm not a GOT person, never watched the original. WOTC will probably be my show of the year so Idk what to tell you...

Bernthal attempting a Bmore accent! I'd watch just for his try! 😆😆 Kidding aside, looks like something people need to see. As a baltimoron, I can say that the city, sadly, is a truly lawless place. I'm sure other urban areas can identify with this.

Yeah. After about three years of seeing black people reinforce the stereotypes, it's safe to say cops being hostile at this point is justified.
