She's the replacement.. the prodigy under his wing at some point who becomes better than he ever could be etc.. At some point he'll have to say it also. "You're better than me" etc. JW 2 had that female 'villain' who turned out to be trash and died almost immediately. Very realistic. Then they tried to fix that problem of a woman not being that much of a boss with Halle Berry. Of course she didn't quite LOOK like she was better than John so here we are now.
