I like it. For balance, they could use the same evolution stages. So for the first Pokémon they both catch, roll the dice. If it's a two, both have to use their second stage. Still interesting, but removes the chance of ending up with a team of babies against a team of fully evolved. However it plays out, the teams will at least be somewhat fair.

Here's a fun one: The D&D Challenge. One player generates 3 starters and then both players take turns rolling one of the 7 dice officially used in D&D, but you don't know what the other player is rolling until after. Each dice can only be used once, so you'll be able to track which dice your opponent has used and which ones they haven't. The player who rolls the highest number gets the first pick of the 3 starters, and the loser gets to pick from the remaining 2. And for reference, the 7 dice used are a d4, d6, d8, d10, d10(with the numbers expressed in increments of 10 starting at 00), d12, and a d20. Bonus points if ya'll use your own dice sets on camera instead of an online tool.

Idea for a battle: Load up Super Smash Bros Ultimate and pick the item pokeball throw it on the field 8 times and fully evolve whatever comes out with random abilities and moveset. Then pick the master ball item and throw it 1 time as your legendary Pokemon with a random ability and moveset then fight.

Challenge idea! Pick a random patch of grass and roll a dice. The number you get is how many attempts you are allowed for a random encounter! For example, if I roll a 1 I have to take the first encounter I get. However, if I roll a 6, I can skip up to 5 times to get my encounter. (No evolves would be pretty fun)

Since CHARIZARD & BLASTOISE both have 9 letters, you guys can catch the first Pokémon you see beginning with that letter so like a Carbink for C, Haxorus for H, Armaldo for A, Rapidash for R and so on. If you want to change one or more pokémon, go out to the wild and pivot. find three random encounters, and if you like a pokémon catch it without seeing its move set first. Hey guys got an idea for ya. It’s the wheel of changes. -So you catch random encounters -you spin a wheel 0-3+ a skip option on the wheel -whatever the result whether it’s 1-3 you’re allowed to make that many changes to either its ability or specific moves you want to change (any move in the game you want to change it into) -continue till you fill the party with 6 and full evos “Example, you catch a metang with hustle, and 3 moves that are decent. You spin the wheel and if you land on 2. You can ability capsule once and change the 4th move once. OR ability capsule twice or change the move twice. If you spin the wheel and it lands on skip, you MUST skip the Pokémon. “ EDIT: if you ability capsule and it’s your last one and you receive the abilities you guys change out normally, you can reroll again.

I have a fun idea for a challenge. Could y’all please catch eight Pokemon of your choice that all have random abilities. Both of you also get to pick out the move sets after catching the Pokemon. Once you both acquire teams, read off each of your team members’ Pokedex entries. If the one being read to correctly identifies a Pokemon entry, he gets the option to force a trade without knowing the moveset of the identified Pokemon. The player who gets the identity correct is also able to pick out a custom ability for the traded Pokemon. Sabotaging some of your own team members is legal. Let’s say that the two leftover Pokemon with easy Pokédex entries are physical attackers like Machamp. You can rigg the entire moveset to be special or support moves. The Pokemon can’t be pseudo legends, legends, paradox, ultra beast, mythical or, starters to make it a bit more challenging.

Video idea: Grass-link Walk around the grass in the overworld and catch any pokemon you want (1 legendary allowed). You can give this pokemon any moves from its standard learnset. You must then catch a random encounter pokemon in that grass (can't evolve and can't change moves). These two pokemon are now linked. So either you take both or you discard them. Repeat until you have a full team. Allowed 2 skips.

Now, At the same time each player searches from their spawned location for one of the two choices. Stat Rotation Challenge: Random encounters only. Evolve to final evo. Random abilities and move sets. Catch a random pokemon, generate a number between 1-7. Whatever number it lands on, you rotate (clockwise) the stats that many times. Example: You catch a Blissey. (Generally 255 HP\10 Atk\10 Def \55 Spe\135 SDef\75 SpA) You roll a 3. The stat wheel is rotated clockwise by 3. So now its stats are 55 HP\ 135 Atk\ 75 Def\ 255 Spe\ 10 SDef\ 10 SpA Roll a 7 and you get to distribute stats wherever you want.

I am once again asking for- take one give one skip one challenge. You can take, give or skip a random encounter but you can’t repeat a choice until you have used the others. So if you run into a Dugtrio and skip it, then run into a scyther and take it, then the next random encounter you have to give to your opponent. Then you can start again.

Challenge idea: Spin to win. 30 randomly selected pokemon with random moves/abilities. Add them to a picker wheel and then spin to build your team. You have 6 skips to use and it costs one skip for you to skip a pokemon you don't want, two skips to force your opponent to respin the wheel if they want to keep the pokemon they landed on, and three skips to force your opponent to take the pokemon they want to skip. You run out of skips you get what you get and you don't throw a fit. Spin until a full team is set for each side.

Vs challenge - Just one only challege - full evolution pokemon only: So only catch and use pokemon of one specific colour only (for example just red, just blue, just yellow, etc.) and then one specific animal type only (for example just dog, just bird, just crocodile, etc.) Different variations are allowed as long as it sticks to the one only rule. - Random encounters only and the first pokemon appears of that animal type is your chosen animal team type moving forward (max of 3 skips are allowed) random movesets and abilities.

Here's a CHALLENGE IDEA called "Double or Nothing" it's a doubles battle idea~ -each of you get and catch random encounters but you can only keep the ones which have a doubles battle ability. Seems like up is the correct answer more often than not even though you would think it would be down with so many three stage lines. Down from 3rd stage is better unless you are at the top of the dex, and down from first stage is usually better since it should be fully evolved. So close to 2/3 of the time down should be better.

This just reminded me of the time Chillin cheated during the last version of this. When GG got 400 and Chillin cheated him out of the legend. This is why you shouldn't make the dang numbers the exact possible. So the generator should be set to 2 minimum or 399 as max.

Going down has to be worse than going up. I feel like theres some math to be done, some kind of formula that says going up is better. More chance of a second stage or fully evolved. The only time you really lose either way is landing on a 2nd stage evolution thats sanwiched by 2 baby jr.
