One of my buddies had a Commodore 64 when I was a kid so I've very vague memories of him playing a few titles on it back in the day.🕹 Nice retro pick up indeed good sir.🍀

I got a C64 for xmas in 1983... was not expecting it... however we could not afford a cassette player until the following xmas! Back then the cassette deck was about £40-45 which is £130-150 in 2024 coin. Only way I could play games was to type in listings from magazines or borrow a Commodore cassette deck from a friend's Vic 20. That year of not being able to play game or save my program listings was painful but I learnt so much about programming and the C64 architecture in that time.

Wow, I had no idea that the Commodore used friggin’ cassettes to load games! Makes you think twice when you want to complain about a game needing 1 minute to load in today’s day and age. 😂

@AngryDadGaming thanks for your comment. Yea, it's crazy how long it takes to load 😂 I thought cassettes could only hold audio. I definitely learnt something about old technology getting this 😂
