I think you guys need to speak with Iona Stephen, her wrist injury came about when in the training programme at Wentworth, it was put down to too much practice off of mats, the impact issues damaged her wrist, ending her professional career. Worries me that the coach described “we dont practice where we play, we use even lies off of mats” is this not risking injuries for the juniors?
