Past my playing days now, was a goalie. That Oakwood goalkeeper was a proper goalie, defiantly has some pro youth or decent 11 a’side experience. Great footwork in working his positioning and keeping set for shots. Kept big and strong and closed space quickly.

As others have said already, there's absolutely no reason why you wouldn't send this footage to the people organising the league. It was painful to watch, infuriating. Everything that the spirit of the game is not about was shown by that bunch of vile, immature little bullies. The fact that a league 1 pro refused to carry on playing speaks volumes about how frankly diabolical that behaviour was from every single member of that grim organisation. A bunch of bullies who went out there to intentionally hurt you guys, and I think Ryan is very lucky to come out of that without a serious injury. Report them. As a qualified referee, from your highlights, I am disappointed with this referee's failure to control this game and put the safety of the players first. The number of players adopting aggressive attitudes and the seriousness of some of those fouls was beyond appalling. There should have been at least 4-5 two-minute breaks for players and "bogey boy" would have walked had I been on that game.

I get paid by the hour, not by the game, and this match would have ended within minutes. It's one thing if two groups mutually raise the physicality, but I'm shocked there weren't more injuries here.
