I've said it before, Cooper is an encyclopedic genius when it comes to servicing all the equipment used on the farm, and the vehicles. Roman, what don't you know how to do? You pitch in everywhere! And what's more, much like Cole, you explain what you're doing while you're doing it. The 5 of you doing the farm work are amazing. The knowledge you have is amazing! Then Justin and his son with carpentry and construction, again, amazing! I worked for the USDA and we loved farms like this. When I first started, going to college, usually ISU, was new for agriculture and farming. Now, it's commonplace for at least 1 person to go to school, and still help on the farm. I learn something new everytime you post. What's more, I watch beginning to end.😊 Thank you for educating people what all goes into farming. You love every inch of the fields, every plant, every minute in between planting and harvest. The love, blood, sweat, and tears goes into farming. I've seen people lose family farms and sadly took their lives. I hope we never have another 1980's era crisis ever again! ❤😊

Cole and his team do have side hustles (likely several). Cooper's hay business, the cemetary maintenance, and the KZbin channels (this one and Mrs Cornstar's), for example. unsure how accurate this is, but I was told by a meteorologist that the precipitation percentage refers to the area in a certain location that will be covered. so a 40% chance of showers doesn't guarantee that it will rain 40% of the time, but that 40% of the land in a certain radar range will have precipitation, I am not positive that is how it works but the little bit of googling we've done seems to support this. My husband and I often say that if the meteorologists are making a huge deal about a storm, it's probably going to be nothing. When they're calling for a "dusting" of snow or a quick rain shower, watch out and brace for impact. This year alone we've prepped our home for two major snow storms only to end up with flurries twice, and a major thunderstorms and a potential tornado only to end up with a 5 minute rain shower.

@@NovaSupernova Not as much as they used to a year ago. KZbin recalculated their payout... a lot of the channels are complaining about it. Some saw their revenue drop by 90%, most saw around a 50%.

It is reasonable to pause the house build when there is a lot of farm work like planting and then when there is less work on the farm go back to build the house.

I like your ad for life insurance. Most people your age don't think about it. I got a life insurance policy at 19 years old. I was on my own at 16. I had plenty of money. My policy does not require payment if I become disabled! I had many jobs as a teen, and very active. I never dreamed of becoming disabled enough not to work. I also purchased a disability policy. My thought was to use it if I had a child. That was my only purpose of getting that policy. My life insurance policy also produces dividends. Well, at age 27 I was put on disability. I was heartbroken. But, it was for the best. What's more, my premiums for my life insurance policies are waived. I'm now 60, and my premiums on all 3 policies have been waived for 36 years! It was expensive, but I had the money. That was the best decision I ever made. 😊

You and your family are the kind of people i want to support. My dad was a farmer we raised wheat, oats, rye and we also had woods and cows here in Finland. There might be an idea to expand your business in other areas too💖💡

This series should be seen globally by all consumers. Especially in the rich part of the world, where we throw away 25-30% of the food we buy, without much thought about the resources and labour required to put food on the table! Thanks for the lesson!

Wasn't sure how this long format was going to play out. I am genuinely impressed that a nearly 1.25 hour video was as easy to watch as this was. My compliments to the editor, and of course, the farm hands for all their hard work.

i know this video every other day takes a lot of extra time that you really dont have, but thank you for doing it, because people really need to see just how much work it takes to feed them. they have no idea,,,,,on the time, money ,hours, stress, breakdowns , weather, etc.

I have a friend who is a meteorologist .. He told me that even with the trillions spent on satelites & radars , they can only predict acurately for about 3 days . After that , the accuracy is junk . He also said that during WW2 , they could only predict weather accurately for about......3 days ! He said weather has so many variables that affect predictions & at some point its an educated guess...
