Cole had been around huge loud machinery all his life. In order to be heard when they are in use he has had to speak loud and clear. They are now working with loud power tools which also necessitates he needs to be able to speak loud and clear at times. He is used to, and conditioned due to the type of work he does, to having to increase his vocal volume by necessity. Keep in mind here wears ear plugs often. He's doing an awesome job working and taking us along on his journey. Keep up the great work Cole, I enjoy hearing all about what's going on. Stay safe!! Roman needs a raise...just sayin'.

He has made a wonderful compliment saying you guys are doing a excellent job but he does suggest a few corrections like doing a test of all your seams and system before you pour the concrete flooring and Incase all the joins. And he wanted to add some vertical vents never floor drains. This is a plumber in Texas. Please check out his video before pouring your basement concrete floor. All the best from NJ.

Love the video’s Cole. Just an observation I made. When setting up your cinder blocks to put the jacks on them turn them where the holes are in position like you were going to lay them in a wall and put a 2x6 over the holes. The way you have them the weight and pressure can crush them. I'm one of those who complained about the Cooper cam in last couple videos. (Just found the transitions between remodel and maintenance jarring) but today's going too dady didn't grate at all! Looking at it I think some was the editing style and some is personality (and no I'm not bashing cooper) the cooper vids you flash unexpectedly between a very outgoing cole (some might say manic😂) and much more laid back cooper where today the editing seemed switch at more natural breaks (you seen us break up walls before talk too dad 😅) and daddy cornstar seem a bit closer too cole in personality and energy

We appreciate these great video of as telling us things like the income from wind turbines and each separate business. Outstanding. The presence of wind turbines can also increase the value of Iowa farmland. In one example, a farm with wind turbines sold for $12,200 per acre, with the turbines adding an additional $225,000 in annual income through wind energy leases.

Years ago I had a house built in the middle of the civil war - 1863 - and it's foundation was sort of pyramid shaped. All that same rock in your foundation... 15 ft wide at the bottom 10 feet down... and 2 feet wide at the rim. THAT was very fun. I was wondering if you'd run into a similar challenge, but luckily you didn't. It's been fun watching you tackle these challenges. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Suggestion for the concrete saw (used to cut concrete and asphalt professionally): Get an in-line hose valve, then tape the hose to the handle at an angle that allows the water stream to hit the blade. (or you can buy water kits that can be installed on the saw) Then open the valve just enough to get a good stream of water on the blade. The water isn't to keep dust down. That's a positive side effect. The water is to keep the blade cool which prevents the diamond teeth from wearing out/breaking off prematurely. The only time I ever ran a dry blade was when I putting the green cuts on newly poured concrete. Another benefit to this is that one person can be cutting and the other person can be doing other tasks rather than holding the hose.

When concrete blocks are used for temporary supporting, you need to use them in the same orientation as they would be permanently installed. If the concrete block is sideways, and a vertical board is placed on the side web of the block, you are putting a lot of load on about 1-3/4" of that concrete web. Concrete is great for compression, but there is no steel in a concrete block, so the side of the web has almost no tension strength.
