This might be my favorite build by y'all to date. The level of perfection y'all took with this one just hit right. Perfect color, motor, wheels, stance, seats, etc. I'm always the guy that can find at least one thing in every car build I see that I would have done differently. This one is perfect.

I loved watching the construction of the 300ZX; it reminded me of my grandfather. He had one parked in his garage. When I was about 16 years old (2005), I asked him if he could sell it to me, and he said yes, for about $2000, an unimaginable amount for a 16-year-old. I started working every vacation to save money to buy it. I remember that every time I went to visit him, I used to get the car keys to go inside and spend hours looking at every part in detail and imagining driving it. We would go out and drive it from time to time, and those were my favorite days of my life. It was just my grandfather, the car, and me. One day, years later, my grandfather had to sell it because he got sick and needed money. My surprise was to arrive as usual to see the car and find out that he had sold it to a "trusted person" who would give him part of the money and, according to their agreement, the rest later. The person never finished paying for the car, and we never heard from it again. He sold it to someone else in another state. Now that I have money, I want more than ever to buy a 300ZX. My grandfather passed away a couple of months ago from a heart attack, and nothing would make me happier than having a car that makes me feel close to him. one day

OMG this is the most beautiful 300ZX i've ever seen. What a build up from scratch to this perfection. Amazing work guys!!! P.S I have an idea for you to fix the small dent on top of the throttle body extension tube. Cut out a small plate from 2mm aluminium sheet and have the Throtl logo laser engraved on it, which you can then attach over the dent.

Not hatin, but I’ve been looking at those seats for my S13, and they are the cheapest sparco seats you can get. That being said, they look very comfortable and look great for someone who doesn’t need a racing bucket, just a good street seat. Nice to see they fit the z chassis well.

20:30 you can touch the ground between the engine and radiator with the VG30. Technically an I4 is longer than a V6. I4 being 4cyl long and V6 is about 3.5cyl long.
