We put a Scat Pack exhaust system on a 2014 Charger R/T

So in todays video I figured it would be a great idea to put my OEM Scat Pack exhaust system on a 2011 Dodge Charger R/T and boy was I right. This thing sounds absolutely amazing with the new 2.75 diameter pipe and all the new flow, I bet it runs pretty good too. If you have a 5.7 and are looking for more noise and possibly a bit more power you better hunt down an OEM Scat Pack or Hellcat exhaust system. Now if you do the off road mid pipes on this setup well my friends you have now just achieved exhaust perfection. Yup sounds pretty close to the stock 392. I had to straight pipe my 392 cause stock wasn’t loud enough. Looking into buy a exhaust soon so it can sound even better.

Cool video i did the exact same thing when i put single chamber racing mufflers on my scat pack i put the scat pack mufflers on my ram Laramie 5.7 hemi they both sound loud and cool.

Grampage : remove the resonators, go full straight pipe. I did that to my 2016 and love the sound. It’s LOUD, and nasty when you really get on it.

Floors car in gear while people standing around the vehicle... the brains in this video are solid, and this setup 100% has drone especially at highway speed in 4 cylinder mode, only the rear higher flow resonators/mufflers sound like crap on a 5.7

I do believe a full cat back exhaust system should pass a California smog test although not sure if a mid muffler delete will. This is a very good question and we might have to put it to the test soon!

Did he weld the catback directly to the midpipes?? And did he just fill in the gap around the larger sized catback with the weld instead of using an adapter?? No mask, just looked away. Was on the lift in Drive while hitting the gas pedal for the sound clip, Park or Neutral would have been just fine. Too many red flags, I wouldn't let that guy rotate my tires let alone install an exhaust system.
