Congrats on your new venture! But I am so curious - how do you manage a busy coffee shop as a primarily remote job?

Thank you! Like I mentioned, we're only open 2 times a week but I don't schedule myself mid-week to work when we're open. I work every Sunday, one day a week running errands for a few hours and then the rest I do from home, like scheduling, social media, website edits, graphics, etc. :)
