The biggest takeaway I got from this video is that Blitz should have a cooking channel with Intern.

@Blitz Tip for the potatoes: cut them up put them in a bowl with cold water and let them sit there for 20 - 30 minutes. The reason why is because potatoes have a high starch content and letting them sit in the water releases the starch and makes them more flavorful. Occasionally move them around every 10 minutes. If the potatoes look pink or red that is the starch releasing.

Aaahhhhh im so glad I waited till the end of the episode to post this, im not gonna erase it, just add on that I super appreciate that it's not always both of you posting videos of you winning.
