imo your top 20 is correct, and i agree that st anger is not THAT bad, i just think you could give 72 seasons a bit more attention. Sure, it doesn't have the legendary solos that the classic ones does, but some of the riffs are simple but amazing. Maybe you didn't take the time to love it enough, but great work nevertheless

We just found them boring, at least st. Anger is more interesting. Once you listen to it enough and get used to the snare some songs are okay imo, such as Some Kind of Monster or Invisible Kid, but Load and 72 Seasons we found just dont compare to some of Metallica's other stuff.

Not a single song from 72 Seasons, Master of Puppets, AJFA, Ride The Lightning, Kill em All, Death Magnetic, or even the Black album deserves to be ranked lower than anything from Hardwired, Load, Re-Load or St Anger. The fact that most of St. Anger’s songs make the top half no doubt means you guys don’t have a big problem with the trash can snare. Also love the respect for Unforgiven II. For a long time people said it was one of their worst songs but I like it

How did you guys perform such a tedious task ? Its absolutely mindblowing.

Many hours of listening and ranking songs in each album into tiers, then going through and listening to it all in a playlist to ensure it fits our opinion. We tracked the whole thing on a spreadsheet, then once we had all ranked it, we averaged out each song's ranking, then ranked the averages, which is this ranking. Making the video was just hours of tedious editing and copying numbers lol but eventually we made it through
