An older Aunt cooked her chicken breast side down for the first hour to keep the juice in then rotates it the last 30 mins. I still do this way . Just this weekend my treet was from Windy's ; ). My son is 34 and still wants m & c 2 times a week. Great job Colton, I loved his tour of kitchen .

Just a pointer. You can mix all the spices in some butter . Then run a it in between the skin and meat. That way all the spices get into the meat. And the bird is really moist. 😁just a little tip
