Yep. Its been made a habit with me by my parents to always intervene when they have arguments. I have to keep reminding myself that they need to work their own shit out themselves. (The eagle was the just as BIG as the entirety of ALL the palm leaves.) It then turned it's head towards me & a GIGANTIC coronal mass ejection came shooting out of it's RIGHT EYE! ✨ I was in such complete AWE that I couldn't speak. Your eagle dream - very typical symbology for the American Indian tribes, especially the "Lakotas": the eagle is always a "spirit symbol" - Wakan Tanka ("the great holy") sends eagles as messengers, because they fly so high..... Wrapped a foil wrapped underlayment around my mattress sealed with foil tape drilled thru floor 1/4 inch fef copper wire to ground pounded pipe into ground attached copper wire to matress with foil tape and pipe slept all night for the first time in months..this must work no doubt. I got pics

What I picked up from the dream image is...Pleiadians...House of the eagle in Tenochititian. It's Aztec symbolism as they believed that the sacred eagle was present at the birth of the sun. I've been waiting on the reset and yes it should be a very energetic fall. Instead of my cacao in coffee this morning I had a Cocoa butter wafer it's was awesome with mushroom powder. Do grounding. Bare feet on the ground for a minimum of 20-30 minutes ( or more) you'll feel better immediately. It's scientifically been proven to work. Try it! Electrolytes. Use your energy for positive/ love activities. I'm going to go visit my daughter tomorrow! Work out, at home preferably. Do "Blogates"- high intensity intervals mixed with Pilates and stretching. Yes, I’ve been getting extreme low back pain the last 4 days and I never really get that. Headaches daily for 2 weeks now. Anxiety off the charts and heart palpitations, oh and only sleeping 2-4 hours a night! I have always been sensitive to energy but boy this has been kicking my butt! I’ve been doing breath work, taking daily walks outside, drinking tons of water, and epsom salt baths to ease the symptoms and it does help. Also I have been turning off my wifi on my phone before I go to sleep and put it several feet away from my sleeping space and that also helps a bit.
