I am disabled and wheelchair dependent. I also have ADHD, and I am struggling to cope with it in college. Cole, any help and advice on how to stay focused and not let my brain wander from the lectures would be appreciated. I am also hearing impaired, so thank you for making these videos accessible to me and the Deaf community. You and Charisma are an inspiration to me.

There's a psychological process that can help you stay in the moment, which will help your mind stay on task and manage your ADHD. Psychotherapy can help. Psychs are also a good place to start. They actually are the best at the diagnosis, and will direct you to a therapist. They often work together. Those pros have some great tools. Also, an audiology specialist can diagnose what type of hearing loss you have, and recommended some new things. Good luck to you. I hope you find some good help.

My mother just passed away in Tennessee. For some reason we were put in a handicapped room.😁. Was not sure why.
