Nice to have you back! Been waiting and wondering if you'd be making a reappearance. It seems as though there aren't so many northern-state homesteads and to be perfectly honest, I find them more interesting than the more southerly ones with all the additional complications from cold weather and short growing seasons. Considering some day moving to the northern US from sunny sunny (sarcasm) Scotland. Interestingly it would be technically moving south despite the drastic increase in serious winter weather.
