We built a custom home from scratch, and it was very overwhelming but very fun! Way too many decisions haha Doing semi custom should be a lot less stressful! Take your time, you don’t need everything all at once! Your home will blossom over time In the best way possible! So happy for y’all! 💛

I have that same side table that Brandon first picked up! It's really nice but I spilled some juice on it and now it's stained :( I've been periodically pouring water on the stain so it gets diluted. (tip for stains on marble) Also, that first outdoor set at HomeGoods that's black and white is soooooo cute.

Also, I don’t know how Florida rental things are, but here where live- in Ohio, when you buy a house they let you “break” your lease as long as you show them the paperwork and all that stuff-- maybe that’s something you can ask your apartment manager and see if where you live you can get out of your lease in case your house is done before January of 2021 ....
