There are literally behind-the-scenes clips from queendom where she was asking a cameraman to stop following and filming her. We don't know wheein so we can't assume anything, but just try to understand instead of making her out to be a victim or mistreated.

Ikr I've seen so many idol, mainly if they're in their 30th, they start taking pills. Solar's amount is just "normal" to them. I've seen some took about 14 pills of vitamin per day

Please remember that idols are HARDCORE athletes. Their nutritional needs are compleeeeeeeetely different than ours. They have teams of Drs and health coaches - I’m sure/ I hope she’s being supervised and is healthy. These idols are at like Olympic Athlete levels of activity and endurance, they need (and burn though) soooooooo much more calories and nutrients than us normal people do, and they need to to prevent injuries and maintain energy since they burn through soooo much of all of it. I saw posts about how college athletes (even & especially women) often get really shocked and freaked out HOW MUCH more they are required to eat once they get all the team nutritionists and Drs etc, to maintain their health and stamina and muscle, so they’re not depleted. Especially the girls, since were so trained to eat *less* and it affects our performance. Like I said, I’m sure they’re being taken care of very well and not taking things they haven’t checked out and feel right with in their bodies. ♥️♥️ Hope this eases your fears ** ps this wasn’t about Hwasa so much bc she is definitely working her ass off and must be tired, but was more in regard to the pills bit!!

She said her doctor told her that she doesn't need that many, even with the amount of work she has, and she actually recommends people not to do the same as her, but it's what she personally does. Taking too many vitamins isn't good just like not consuming any, so I hope one day she can reach a balance.

Hmm, it's not that good for Solar to take so many vitamins daily, even if it became a habit. There are vitamins that the body needs to produce on its own, otherwise the body won't do that anymore because it's receiving vitamins from an outside source. Therefore people get tired if they stop taking them. Having too many vitamins coursing through you isn't healthy either. :/

I wish their diets weren't so extreme. Hwasa just eating two hardboiled eggs and a banana is too little. Same for Wheein eating basically just lettuce (I didn't see protein). You can actually gain weight from eating too little, as your body saves calories because you are starving it. Then it's super easy to gain even more weight with any increased food intake. I hope they'll be able to eat healthier in the future. And yes I know their diets are voluntary. I hope RBW gets a nutritionist to help them out next comeback.

They all go to doctors for health checks, but these types of diets are what idols do because they want quick results that will last for a few weeks for promoting. The huge issue with this is that it's yo-yo dieting, and that destroys the body from the inside out. If they ate healthy meals along with dancing/exercising, the results will be steadier, but not in time for the promotion season. If they want to eat whatever they want, they'll gain weight, so then they'll have to starve in order to lose that weight quickly. It's just a vicious cycle, especially for people who dance/practice for hours and barely sleep during promotion seasons.

More and more idols have started to not care as much and just keep up with an exercise routine besides dance practice, but there are still those who want to eat whatever they want and then starve their bodies so they can be ready in time for promotion season. Korea's gastronomy has quite a few common dishes that are made up of fried foods and pastas/noodles, so that doesn't help those who are busy and barely sleep.
