The story follows two sisters, Pony and Amanda Marchetti, who are both successful champions in dirt modified racing. When they move to a small country town in New Jersey to escape their city life, they face resistance from the local male racers who dominate the nearby speedway. Sounds like a Lifetime Network flick, where the theme is men always bad, women always good.

Working on a movie is wild. I worked on the movie The Principal I designed and installed the camera mounts for the motorcycle. They had two Hondas V65s. The mounts could not be welded on. I built one that placed camera over the gas tank. It filmed foreword so you could see the gages and handle bars. Another mounted a camera off the frame by the rear wheel so you could see down low and see the the riders foot and the front wheel. The last mount was mounted to the frame had to not be seen as the camera was out front about 6 feet and filmed looking back at the rider. It was a lot the fun .The very first scene was the last scene filmed. Got to meet Louis Gossett Jr and Jim Belushi. Your going to have fun.

I think our whole family was there that day, it was supposed to be a Celebration Of Life for Charles Hoffman, who used to build cars that raced there. We did end up doing the Celebration on 06/29/24, I ended up buying a PONY shirt for myself and my wife

I can remember at Delaware International a lot of years back, had a showers come through early in the evening and the heat races started at 9 pm and I believe that the final race for the evening was over at 2am
