We do know the truth, everyone who accepts the pardon is admitting guilt in every crime they are being pardoned of. It's part of being pardoned. This blanket pardon of "everyithing" means the pardonee's are guilty of everything. Name a crime, if it fits in the blanket pardon, they are guilty of it in the law. Period. When Biden was looking at charges a judge ruled that he was not cognitively fit to stand trial therefore did not proceed. At this point if not fit to stand trial, then should not therefore have been fit to remain as President. He should have been removed at that point. His 'pardons' then could be judged as not fit to stand because of his mental decline and capacity not to stand trial. If not fit to stand trial then not fit to award 'pardons' . All the 'pardons' SHOULD BE CHALLENGED in court with this in mind that he was not fit to take these decisions. Seems a very simple call to me ? Surely Trumps team are on this .

Preemptive pardons should be prohibited entirely. The public has a right to see crimes prosecuted by a jury, and a finding of guilt or innocence. Once that due-process is complete, a President may or may not have the right to pardon or commute a sentence. Preemptive pardons violate the right of the people to impose due-process on their public officials.

@CaptainTodger697 күн бұрын
@@RandyBryan-q9s no, as i mentioned, presidential pardons are final and binding. The whole idea of them being contracts is incorrect, and there is no way to invalidate them, even if the person is found to be not of sound mind and body The people he pardoned, can be tried in state courts, though. You hit the nail on the head.
