Way to go, Cole! Instead of multiplying 47 * 5, he used the break apart strategy. 40*5=200; 7*5=35; 200 + 35 = 235. This is how we teach students to multiply in the elementary level. ❤️

When students went home with the homework, I was contacted by parents to find out how to complete the homework. Others, just had their child do it the traditional way. In my opinion, the break apart strategy is easier. 🙌☺️

I agree with you 100% - in fact I was thinking the same thing. This world is so dangerous. When I was a kid, I remember hearing about people getting robbed b/c the obits usually announce the day/time services and/or burials will take place and for anyone looking to steal, it can like providing a free invitation to do so. It’s lways good to have someone stay at the house during this time. When my dad passed away, I asked my first cousin to stay at the house on the day of services and until I could sell it. Social media is a curse and a blessing and often times, by not thinking things through and being too informative,, it can be detrimental. There’s no guarantee on any given day but must use discretion when it comes to social media and what you make known on it.

I'm wheelchair bound due to a illness that causes joint damage. It's hard to learn to adapt sometimes. I try not to let it get me down or upset me. Thanks for Sharing your life with us Cole and Charisma. Watching you guys helps me keep my spirits up and teaches me no matter how hard it is I can always learn new ways to adapt my disability to my life not adapt my life to my disability. I can still live a great life just a little differently. You both are amazing. 🙂
