I think these discussions do not display, us, as African Americans in a great light. Almost every topic ends in a debate about men versus women, personal belief attacks, and/or guests versus guests. When a woman makes a stance or disagrees- she is portrayed as argumentative. The continued attacks on women is absurd. There is too much belittling of each other’s vernacular as well as how they interpret what was said - much less their ability to explain a thought. Not everyone has the same educational background to convey their message to the “level” that is expected due to other guests on the panel. The ambiguity of some of the comments when others speak is unnecessary and is very demeaning! It takes a lot of confidence to be on public display and someone questioning their credentials/profession, publicly, is low vibrational - when done in rhetoric.

A lot of these conferences don't have spiritual men or a real spiritual people in them. Outside of the general "xyz is out of order/unbiblical". God made man with logic and reason. Yes, he called men to be leaders, Yah does tell us to guard our hearts and that that the heart can also lead us to folly. So there is that concept and biblical principle of temperance. However from a biblical standpoint I don't believe men should be emotionless or ONLY be logical. God himself has been moved to wrath many times. Jeremiah was upset and moved and prayed vengeance and curses over his enemies. Reuben and Simeon slaightered an entire town because one man defiled their sister, and God saw it as righteous. Men- no one should be ruled by their emotions. But i do believe that one's emotions are linked to their spirit. And the core of that is to ne in balance mind, body, and soul, and submit to God; and do the righteous thing.
