Okay so the whole posture thing. Fun story... My mom was a model and "known" for her "walk" and her "posture" (I actually IDOLIZE her but anyways) My mom legitimately spent a whole year teaching me how to walk and go up and down stair and how to stand and how to breath and the whole thing and it was the most ANNOYING thing EVER but I'm grateful for it now..
