Instead of putting cop cars in free roam, they can unlock customizations for the normal cars so that you can put cop vinly's on them and put bars on front and lights on top. That would block the cop abilities being used in free roam since its just a normal car that dressed as a cop car.

I get where you're coming from and personally it doesn't really bother me that we can't use them in free roam, but for some it would be nice to have the option to use them. Some people may like to roleplay cops and robbers in free roam for example

It really makes me upset how they keep on saying it would just be way too much to handle to implement the cop vehicles and free roam when I literally see hackers be in free roam with the police crown Vic 😒 how come they can do it without any issues but the actual developers of the game can't?!

Wow all you have to do is have the game on pc and we can drive cop cars in free roam and once the bike comes probably that too. Its only a problem if your on console
