This MV is based around Charlene's point of view after she left Lee Hom. Although, she has returned to Hong Kong after assuming her relationship with Lee Hom will only become more complicated as time goes by, she still misses him dearly. While walking in the street of Hong Kong, every little thing reminds Charlene of her relationship with Lee Hom.
First Encounter: A Broken Heart (takes place 10 year ago)
She had just witnessed her boyfriend kissing another girl in a car, and she started chasing after the car. He had just arrived from Taiwan and was heading to see his new dorm when he witnessed a young girl chasing after a car. He was confused but also worried about her safety, and stopped the car when he witnessed her getting hurt. His first words to her was "Are you okay?" but the girl just quietly left in tears.
Hello, My Name Is...
First day at the his new university, he was quick to capture a few pictures. While crossing the streets, a girl capture his eyes and he secretly started to take her pictures. She noticed him taking several pictures of her so she approached him to introduce herself.
Beginning Of Something Beautiful / Love Cafe: Coffee:
They started seeing each other and their feelings for each other grew. Everyday, he would walk across the street from his university to purchase a cup of coffee from her cafe. Soon their friendship turned into a relationship.
These memories slowly replay in Charlene's mind, and she was his biggest support throughout his career. It was something she feel most proud of, and when he finally got signed to become a singer and was performing on stage she was the most happy for him. Charlene started to doubt her decision of leaving him, and questioned if she was being selfish for putting herself first before his career and their love. Besides, she knew the day she decided to leave Hong Kong for Taiwan, she had already promised him her love, her support, and her willingness to be his shadow forever.
Her Love For Him:
They spend most of their time together outside and enjoying nature. It was at these places did he introduce his love for music to her. She accompanies him everyday and listens to his voice. She was his biggest supporter and encouraged him to chase after his dream.
His Love For Her:
When entering back into her home in Hong Kong, Charlene realizes she had not open the present he had given to her for their 10th anniversary. Although he couldn't celebrate with her but he has given her the box in advance before leaving for a tour. As she opened the box, she found a song and a drawing of her. The song was dated back 7 years ago when he first became a singer and the finished date was dated shortly before their 10th anniversary. In the last 7 years, he has secretly worked on composing and writting the song for her. She slowly recall the time when he secretly work by himself not wanting her to be around him, and how he would secretly studied her when she is not paying attention.
She knew she was the one and only girl he loves and also the most important person to him. After collecting her thoughts, Charlene was willing to give the relationship another try and decided to go chase after him.
