I would love to take this up as a career. I am currently a clinical volunteer with my local NHS trust. I have completed 24 years in the forces and felt that this is definatley the chosen career path for me.

Sounds great! Don't forget to tell them how poor the pay is how they have little to no supervision and are left to just get on with it, exspected to do tasks that nurses should be doing, but this may just be a Sheffield nhs problem

The Royal Bournemouth hospital… it's lack of staffing and constant internal power struggles, will mess your career up, the structure is not the united front they would lead you to believe, I was a registered nurse, they demoted me to HCA for not being able to meet their demands with the low levels of staffing they had, in the end they lead to my PIN number being lost. DON'T GO THERE. They are NOT supportive, or at least that was my experience.
