LFG!! Awesome man I’ve been in touch with Ashleigh Raby. She’s moving to Dallas and will be bringing a few demos with her from Australia.

That trailer is almost 5 years old and design changes have taken place in the interim but really looking forward to this video

Yeah, this whole series looks to be pretty disingenuous. I bet ROA would carry Bruders if they were able to.

@@wisco_matt I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt. I met Shane at the PNW show and we discussed doing a Bruder review because there just aren't any out there. I encouraged a member of a facebook Bruder group who was selling his trailer to get in contact with Shane and that is the trailer he has. I agree on the surface they've been pushing the Pause Roamer hard and I know the promo looks sketch but we'll see. I appreciate ROA for what they do and that is off road trailer testing demos. Knowing that there is no one size fits all solution is a core tennet in the trailer world especially off road. I'm hoping they are able to be objective. I was hoping for a straight up Bruder review rather than a 5 year old trailer vs their favorite just released trailer but we get what we get. There are 4 versions of Bruder and this one is one of their first full size models designed to be used as an indoor/outdoor trailer. The last 5 years has seen many updates and improvements and weather they are aware, highlight the updates or not and how they treat the comparison will be interesting. Most people including owners don't understand that the suspension system is both a load sharing as well as a non load sharing suspension and there is a lot to unpack on that subject alone. Truly hoping for an objective unbiased review because I've always been interested in Bruder. Suspension, no seams, fits in the garage, designed for indoor/outdoor, drives smaller than it is on the road and trail and other features put it above the Pause and Roamer trailers for me. The Roamer x looks to be interesting but also another large wide heavy trailer but one of only a few where seams/maintenance are less of an issue.

No one is stopping Bruder from sending a unit but Bruder. I bet the invite was sent but was declined by them for a competition. Perception is a big seller for any product. They would've sent a unit if they were confident that it'd easily win. To afraid that the reality of a side-by-side comparison would shatter the perception they've built and the actual reality of it being among the best in certain areas instead of the perception of being the best overall.

@@CL-mr4te Not sure why you took it there but...Bruder doesn't have a dealership in the states. The shipping/import cost would be an issue. "The Best" is a complete misnomer as there is no such thing. Everyone looks for something different from their rig. If it's height/width Bruder wins hands down and they are "best". If it's indoor space and comfort Roamer/pause win hands down. If it's weight and not needing a 3/4 or 1 ton truck then Bruder wins "best" hands down and on and on and on it goes. Personally speaking I've looked at the Bruder EXP-7 which is more inline with the Pause/Roamer, has more solar and more battery than the Pause or the Roamer, doesn't have the seams requiring annual maintenance to prevent leaking, tows smaller and fits in my storage shed all of which make it the "best" for me...at this point in my search anyway. I haven't settled yet and am looking forward to the Roamer x review for sure. The reason I like the single trailer reviews is due to the fact there is no "best" trailer only "best" for you and your personal specific needs. I like every trailer ROA offers for different reasons. Shane is correct that there is little to no content on the internet outside of Bruder produced videos with one or two notable exceptions. Every trailer review ROA does brings out something different and I look forward to each and every one. The Exp-6 is Bruder's 4 or 5 year old entry level full size trailer and going against the best in class newly designed Pause/Roamer...ok whatever. Many things about Pause/Roamer work and many things just simply do not...same with every other trailer ROA has and that includes the Bruder. Objectivity is the key and for me as I continue to narrow down my next trailer selection I consider ROA and their content invaluable even if slightly biased. I desperately want to buy a trailer from ROA and be a roamer but I know that Pause and Roamer 1 are definitely not it for our needs. Who exactly needs a 2 person shower out in the pucker brush?...lol... cool just not a selling point for us as one of many silly examples. We are fortunate in that price is no object, finding a trailer that works well in the most environments is harder to find than I expected it would be. I want the size and nimbleness of the Patriot, I want the luxury of the Roamer 1, I want the suspension, tow-ability, height of the Bruder and I want several features found on several other trailers. I want a unicorn that does not and never will exist so it becomes a game of compromises. Want a big, tall, wide comfy camper for all seasons. Better find a place to park it, be ready to do a lot of maintenance and get yourself a larger tow vehicle that won't be as well suited for off road. Want a small nimble trailer storable in your garage towable by most anything. You won't enjoy cold weather camping, You better like the outdoors A LOT not to mention the setup and pack down process. I love this hobby because there is something in it for everyone and I love ROA because they are the only dealer trying to make sure that everyone has something of quality to choose from and the only dealer trying to put out some education to help along the way along with actually using their equipment. Bruder is supposed to be opening a Texas based dealership next year and it will be nice to have them become more of a part of the conversation although Patriot came and went pretty quick for some reason from ROA's lot...still curious about that as we had an X3 for several years.

Pause and roamer imo. I was so excited to see the explor 190, but when I saw it at a Tom's camperland the quality was subpar. I hope the roamer paid better attention to quality. Wish they had a pause dealership near Phoenix to go check them out

I've been wanting someone to do videos of these in action. For as expensive as they are Bruder is terrible at video or advertising other than showing it aerial views and driving along the beach.
