The part about observing feelings around 9:17: I started doing this after realizing that everything is chemical with our bodies, and when I feel upset, I think about what chemicals are being released (adrenaline, cortisol, etc.) it’s interesting and definitely changed the way I experience things sometimes, not getting overcome by feelings as much.

I feel like I'm close...but been denying. I swear I always try to say I feel I'm 3 in one in a society that say that means im delusional. It confuses others because I'm sensitive yet tough, open minded yet discerning, rebel/hermit, within seconds? I get a image, which creates feelings, next physical sensations, mental thoughts (mine and those of my parents) I feel like this came about more the past 6 years. psychic dreams, deep intuition, logical/analytical mind, then this thing that is me watching and experiencing those things. Then that thing being me? Has its own feelings about it but cluttered with trauma responses. Finally the deeper level, after having a dream that shown me I have a deeper level I haven't tapped into. The 3rd "person" just me not sure how to describe it. Has states (not moods) of all the 2 other levels...it's more compassionate, tender, understanding, patient, tolerant. I feel Like I'm using all layers customizing to outer/inner experiences. Weird.
