@@kennethmariano878 for the dramatic effect. in the manga too there are so many instances where it should have been completely destroyed/torn but it didn't happen but there are instances where the costume was shown to be torn/dusty/ripped for the same dramatic effect or for some humour.

I have a theory that his suit is special. In the opm verse if you have a very strong dedication to do something then you can achieve it, even if it's something ridiculous. The tailor dude wanted to make his best suit ever as it was going to be his last job so I'm guessing his dedication caused the suit to have regenerative capabilities and insane durability. Or it's just for dramatic effect

The Japanese voice actress for Child Emperor, Minami Takayama, also voices Conan Edogawa, the protagonist "child" (in body, at least) detective in the series Detective Conan, which the last OVA, made in the style of a typical episode of that series, was a homage to.

The older sister (the small woman who's 2nd in S rank) name is Tatsumaki, which translate to tornado and the younger sister is Fubuki which translates to Blizzard in English, hope that helps anybody who didn't know.

BTW the last episode is a parody of a mystery anime called Detective Conan the voice actor of Child Emperor is the same as the main character of Detective Conan, Edogawa Conan, which is Takayama Minami the phrase "the killer is here with us" is a classic phrase in detective story and the music is a parody of Detective Conan theme that is also why Child Emperor is the one who is leading the case

The reason why the waitress was acting like that was because: 1. Saitama entered only to just buy the cheapest food. Its like they just enter a store, ask for the wifi password, sat down and order nothing. If Saitama just want to buy a cheap food then he could at least go to some small shop and not in some big restaurant where it is expected for the customer to pay something at least a bit pricier. The waitress want to say something about that but she can't because Saitama at least ordered something and thus a paying costumer. 2. Saitama have a problem with food. Some people who have some kind of problems regarding their food sometimes makes a ruckus and ask for the manager. In some cases, even though its just some customers being mean, its the waiter or waitress who will be at fault. The waitress was worried for a potential commotion just because of a missing piece of french fry. She's just trying to be pleasant and welcoming to the customers but she's struggling because Saitama was being weird and unpredictable. Even more so because she's having problems on what was Saitama was doing but there's nothing really bad about it.
