Anna's new job means she works a varying shift pattern, and this week she started a week of night shifts for the first time, which of course meant a huge change to established routines for me and Andy too as we had to figure out how to survive without her and fit everything else we need to do around her new shift pattern.

ABOUT KEVIN CHAPMAN
I'm a 38 year old KZbinr from the UK. I've got a cracking beard and I'm currently going through the autism diagnosis process. I started this channel back in 2017 and by the time I left my full-time job as a Computer Science teacher in July of that year, my partner Anna was trapped in our house by our son Andy, who is autistic and had refused to go to school for 18 months. Our daughters Lucy and Amy and our dog Dave hardly saw me because I was always working to try and solve all our problems! Today I'm a full-time content creator and always at home when the kids get home from school (all our kids!) and Anna has been able to return to university. keV get some Quorn fillets and Southern fried bread not the southern fried fillets. The fry them for about 2 mins take them out dip them in egg then dip the eggy fillets in the breadcrumbs. And fry them of it tastes well nice. Obviously with that 1 cal fry spray

I have a question.. what are you expectations of his respite provider? Do you expect them to make him exercise? Introduce him to new things? Teach him? Play with him kind of like a playmate? Take him outside often? Help with homework? Or are they more simply a babysitter/helper for their needs? I am confused on the specific function of the provider, but I am one myself and often feel exerted trying to achieve all of the above. I hope to receive a reply :)

Since about a week after we moved in here - with all his stuff in his room he was waking up early to use them again, now he knows between 10pm and 7am they're off limits, he pretty much sleeps through every night

@@kevinchapmanarchive btw on my autism diagnosis its sent from my psychologist to specialists cause they think i have sensory issues aswel....so incase you didn't know but psychologist helps and i never knew they do the assessment there self's and if they need help they ask for it hope this helps you in some way

Kevin has stated In Previous Videos that the Plan is to move Andy into Residential Care when He is around 18 or 19, so, Two or Three Years from now. He will still be able to Go Home whenever He wants however, and they will still take Him for Days Out and on Holiday, so, Best of all Worlds I think :)

Hello Sir. I must apologise if I am very off and Downcast Tonight, but I am *really* Struggling at the Moment, Please bare with Me. I am sorry that Anna doing Nights has caused a Few Issues for You and Andy :( I hope You and Him get used to Anna being at work at Night soon. I am Struggling to get Up much before Eleven at the Moment, because, basically, I Don't want to Get Up anymore, because, right Now, If I am Up, I am thinking, and If I think, I get *angry* , So I do not want to get up anymore so I am not Angry all the Time :( My Ability to cope has Long Since Run out, and its gotten even Worse now its Been Confirmed we are in *Yet Another* Lockdown! :( Life has now become a Cyclone of Anger and Despair and My Mental Health is Crumbling to Dust, Its *exactly* the Same feeling I had at Secondary School before I Suffered My First Nervous Breakdown, So I *really* hope the Government is Correct on its "Easter" prediction for Normality to Return via Herd Immunity Kicking in, for any longer and I am going to go quite Literally *Mad* once again, this will be My Fourth Nervous Breakdown if it Happens, and the prospect is Terrifying Me :( For Once, Seeing how Tricky a Beard can Be, I am glad I do not have One and Only have a Moustache to Deal with! I can do a Shower in 15 Minutes Flat. I only Sleep "In the Raw" as it were when It is *Hot* and there is no other way to cool down. I do tend to spend a lot of Time..in the Rudi before I get Dressed however so I can Prepare Myself for the Sensory *Yuck* that is getting Dressed. Wow, Andy has a Lot of Devices! In My Room, Currently, For Devices, I have this Laptop (The New Gaming PC is Downstairs due to the *enormous* "Full Tower" Case I needed for the Custom Built (I do not trust All in One Coolers) Liquid CPU Cooling Loop that was all but Mandated by the Heat Output of the AMD Ryzen (Zen 3) Threadripper CPU I Fitted. ) , My Xbox One X, and Old "Radiator Grille" PS2, an even Older N64, a 55 Inch 4K Flatscreen (only 60HZ however so I will need a New one If/ When I go Series X/PS5 in 2022 when I pick up a Refurbished one from CEX as I don't think either of them is worth more than £200 and I am not willing to Spend more than 200 on them!) an Intercom and My 20+ Year Old Nokia 3310i. Good Morning Andy :) Rise and Shine Time Buddy :) Toast and Mummy sounds a Good Plan to Me. Six Slices? At Least He is Eating well Nowadays :) We have a Nescafe Dolce Gusto Machine, We mostly Use it just to Make Me Hot Chocolate However. With all the *mandatory* Lane Keeping Assists, Airbags, Automatic Emergency Braking Systems, Self Tightening/ Self Looking Seatbelts, Etc, Cars are Thousands of Times Safer than they have ever been before, Sure, You still need to remain 100% Alert when behind the Wheel, but it is Comforting to know just how much Safer a Modern Kia Pro-Cee'd is compared to say, a 35 Year Old Kia Pride! Yeah, the Magic of Editing makes everything Happen so much Faster. We only have Water in the Fridge Dispenser in Summer. What was that Andy just Drunk? because He *really* did not like the Taste of that, given the Look of Absolute "Yuck" , I am assuming Medicine? Well, if Doctor Pepper is the Only way to get Andy to Take Medicine, the Doctor Pepper it is. For Me, Drinks are. 1 Small Glass of Orange Juice with Breakfast, One Large Glass of Blackcurrant with Dinner, Hot Chocolate in the Afternoon, Another Large Glass of Blackcurrant with Tea, and then another Hot Chocolate with Supper. Has Andy worn those New Simpsons Trainers Yet? or Can You just not be bothered with the "Laces" problem right Now? I would Tie them for Him, No Questions Asked, Double Knots Too if He wanted them!, But, Unfortunately I Live {REDACTED} Miles Away. I am glad You have got some sort of Routine going for Andy, even if it is a Boring One, it is Clearly Helping Him to Cope Better, so its a Good thing! I know, Anna's Job has very Strict Security Rules! Tier 5 Now :( So You will see even less Traffic Now. I Hope You can teach Andy Patience as things go Forwards, as it will help Him a lot. I hope Andy is having Fun up there :) We are getting Deliveries from Tesco right Now. I Know, Anna needs a Specialised Diet. It cannot be Easy. I Hope Skillshare Appreciates all the Advertisement! I Hope Andy enjoyed His Bath, We do not have a Tub at Home, So I have to wait until I go on Holiday or Go into The Respite Place in order to have a Bath :( Nights. Suck. Known Fact. A whole Week without being in the Living Room? Mental! I am glad You and Andy are getting on Easier Again with Andy having His own Space for so much of the Day :) Shame there was not an Adventure Day this Week, I was Hoping to see Andy Out and Having Fun again, and Hopefully in those Snazzy New Simpsons Vans of His! I dont mind bad lighting or shaky cameras etc. What i HATE is crap audio. The vloggers that do their audio with whisper quiet in some sections and shouting volume in other sections is mega annoying. Not the odd "headphone warning" thing because they have kids etc. That's fine. Its the general audio during the vlog. There doesnt seem to be alot of point in doing a section where someone talks to the camera if its so quiet that it cant be heard.
