Back in the late 70's, my dad bought a Mazda Rotary Station wagon that the motor was bad on. We took it out and put a Toyota 18R with a Toyota 4 speed in it. It took us a while, but that thing ran great for over 10 years and had like $500 in the whole thing.

I had a 83 RX7 GLS with the rotary engine back in 91. I was so confused when I raised the hood and saw a 4 Barrel sitting on what looked like a 4 cylinder. It was decent...never saw top end...it just keeps winding.

Back in the early 70s, I got to test drive an RX-3, wow, stepped on the gas pedal and it just kept winding up and the Speedo needle shot up past 70 in a few seconds.

I've only driven an RX, but I do know that Mazda mechanics say that before you shut the engine down, you have to rev the heck out of it, or it won't want to start again.

Dude. You've gotta run BERRYMAN B-12 chem tool through that engine! They don't like to run dirty. I can tell by listening to it. That it's got sludge in it. It's 5$. And run it through every tank for a few tanks. And it'll be good.

Had a rx7. It got fuel soaked, lost the compression/seal. Poured a quart of oil on the plug ports. It started and man it burned smoke for 30 minutes. Then it cleared up. Fuel soak was the culprit.

You put oil in the gas to lube the motor it helps

Ok as for the confusion involving Sally, I AM STILL KEEPING HER!!💜💜 she’s not going anywhere especially because our plans for her are HUGE. I’m currently just trying to find a classic (metal) small car that will be easier to fix and get on the road because Ludo (03 suburban) eats waaaaayyy too much gas lol. I also will not drive a small car if it’s not metal because I don’t trust the newer plastic/fiberglass stuff to protect my child💜💜 As always we love you guys and appreciate all of y’all’s support and love💜💜

Ahhh. The smell of old diff oil. Owning an old land rover I know it well. You know..there's nothing wrong about wearing some eye protection. I'm always saying to people where I work, you'll be handicapped with one eye missing, and that petrol must have stung like he'll.way, have you found out any more history on the ambulance, I'm somewhat intrigued by the vehicle. My own truck has history to it. It spent 3 years in northern island on army manoeuvres, and 5 years in the Falklands during the war with Argentina. Take care , see yall again soon.
