Wow, great video! I’m pretty sure that when I attended the BMW M Track Days event at COTA in 2022 that John Edwards was the professional driver at the full-day event, and he took us for a hot lap around COTA. Great guy, and a great story with his career.

@@bmwblog Yes, your team does a great job of putting together these excellent videos! BTW, good thing you didn’t lose your breakfast in that racecar. The in-car camera view while he was warming up the tires was showing you getting tossed around, side to side, a LOT more than John was. I think your harness belts were not tight enough!

I appreciate it. We try. They are not always hits with everyone, but we still wanna do great videos. John had a HANS device also, but it's also possible my harness so a bit more loose.

200mph? Are you sure about that? I measured times compared to the Z4 GTE at the 24 hour race. This car is indeed faster, but not that much.
