My god 85 inch..Wow. Check out my video of the roll put from ATOP the paddock looking down at the cars as they roll out. Very cool. Can't beleive it took my 4 years to think about. Best wishes to you and hope your nowhere near the 🔥. If you have family or friends that are, let them know that the nation is thinking about them. The Daytona area may get snow, yes snow ❄️ a couple of days before the race. May see it during practice.

Wow that's exciting. My brother in law introduced me to IMSA in 2019 and I have never looked back since. You know that there are virtually year round sports car series with IMSA, WEC, DTM, British GT and LeMans Europe and Asia. Races on every continent and most found easily on KZbin. @markzebr6463 I'm aware of that but I'm also an engineering student (motorsport as well) and that race calendar gets super overwhelming at times so I don't want to be clueless in the championships haha. I always tune into the classics tho, like hockenheim, fuji, bathurst and such!

Will you be at the race, viewing from the stands? I have a friend that camps out in a tent and views most of the race from the grandstands. Drinks energy drinks to stay awake and spends a week sleeping it and all of the alcohol off.

@@markzebr6463 I wish! No, I'll be at home on the other side of the Atlantic. No alcohol for me, but even then it takes 2 days to regenerate back to some normal pattern. and the week after is Bathurst 12h which basically runs through my night time.

Yes. the cool thing about IMSA, SRO and the WEC is virtually unlimited access to the paddock and everything except pit road during track time. Most teams allow you to take pictures touch the cars etc. Autograph sessions are mandatory etc. Reach out if you have other questions and thanks for watching.

Your knowledge of all teams is amazing….even on the CEO of Hunter’s Security racing exploits. It is one thing to keep up with 10 F1 teams but this is next level. I have never been to D24 but need to do that one year… I thought Lambo dropped out but maybe just out of WEC?

Nope Lamborghini is going strong. Sadly is that the McLaren 720S GT3 gone from IMSA. Do note that the McLaren Artura GT4 is racing in the IMSA Michelin GT Challenge. Thanks for the kind words my friend. I've sadly cancelled by plans for Sebring where the Aston Martin Valkyri will makes it's debut. Will see it later in the season.

@@EnzoDino14 I was a F1 fan before. I have seen Senna, Schumacher and so much others race on the 2 racetracks in my country. I saw Gilles Villeneuve , for me the most spectacular ever, with Ferrari drive, unfortunately he died in a hospital in my town. F1 before had a lot of teams, also single car teams and a lot of real racing against each other. Given your name (Enzo Dino) I am sure you will know what I mean. F1 is too much a technical and financial matter. You can no longer see which driver is the fastest. with. Verstappen with his mentality of a little spoiled child made me stop watching completely. Event though he is born only 30 miles from my place. But hé, no problem, I still like endurance races a lot, with cars with great liveries that I can collect in scale 1/43 :-)

I'm from a different coast appearantly. These racw teams compete across the globe, but the people who are so focused on the Rolex24 are so norowed minded. Passionate to say the least. Come out to the LBGP and see other half of life.

This year I will be doing Daytona, Watkins Glen, VIR , Road America and Petit Le Mans. As the name of my channel suggests, I love racing and racing cars. OK. Now I got it. I have never been to any event further west than Indianapolis or Nashville. I have done all of the East Coast. Reason being is that I drive my Corvette to all events. I suspect I'll have to bite the bullet fly and rent a car.
