Yes, Theme Park Vlog ... We do visit theme parks but rarely vlog so thought I'd change it up a bit, Ive not been to the pleasure beach for maybe 6 years, The weather was SHOCKING that day also...
I thought booking a Friday might of been wise move but forgot it was school holiday season .. The park was extremely busy and The BIG One was closed because of high wind but Icon was open and it was FANTASTIC! We got fast pass in the end as Libby and Cameron waited off and we didn't want to leave them for long and the wait was about an hour running on 1 train. Worth the money tho as the ride was fantastic, Only a few years late to the party.
We still had a fantastic time, Had a few issues with the operations and wait times but this is why we don't really cover Theme Parks, We leave this to better channels ..

The Family banter is so natural and raw i love it, No fake perfect family provado. What you see is what you get. Having Cedar Point as my home park, I’m used to waiting, but it still sucks! BPB is on my bucket list. Hope to get there one of these days. Shame you got the bad weather at BPB, something us northerners are use to though unfortunately. some of the woodies are definately bone breakers, i think i was in a neck brace for 3 weeks after riding the grand national, 😅, great to see you having fun with your family, cant beat quality family time. the waltzer on the south pier from what I can remember was up there (fast) so hope u get to go on it. Hope the sun came out for you at some point.

I hope lobby’s okay after grand national ❤ it’s one of my favourites but must admit it has gotten rougher recently, it was my first major coaster and never experienced airtime. So it’ll always have a special place in my heart, even though it wants to break my back every time almost 😂

its not fully normal here hahaha but yeah its certainly been a wet one recently... its been bad each weekend but decent in the week, just luck of the draw.... but its nice not to be meltingly hot either... also not a theme park! it wishes it was, but just an amusement park haha. And ill tell you an attraction that isnt gonna be around much longer and hasnt been open at all this year (but hopfully soon), the miniature train at the zoo (im the driver of it), fingers crossed itll be running again for summer holidays

Dave i live in north devon and hav been going.to blackpool since the 1960s .there have always been queues at the pleasure beach and no fast track in.those days.love your vlogs

It’s a great park, but it was better 20 years ago, for a multitude of reasons long story!. My advice is to try the late night riding or Twilight nights events as you get to ride the rides when it’s all lit up in the dark, and it has a better atmosphere in the dark🙂

I think you were unlucky with the weather that week because it had been blisteringly hot for a fortnight before. The thing that does annoy me with the PB is the coaster focus when it's really a seaside Amusement park NOT a theme park. When i was a kid it was the place to be for all the family because not only did it have the coasters it also had the waltzer, twister tagada, round up, Dodgems & the haunted swing (ribtickler) something the PB need to readdress tbh! Oh & the old rollercoaster (nick streak) is an adult coaster the zipper dipper (blue flyer) is the kids version of that 👌

I paid £70 for my 2 to do 5 rides each at Chessington the first time we went then last week it was packed so I paid £50 for them to reserve and ride and they did the grand total of 4 rides 🤦‍♀️

I’m so glad the big one was closed for you!!! I’ve worked on a fairground for over 13 years and I’ve been on hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of rides and I have never feared for my life so much as when I got on the big one… I’ve never been on a rollercoaster that feels like the trains have square wheels.. My personal opinion is the right should be closed down

Blackpool has always been the wrong end of the country from where I’m from, so never had the opportunity to go on it.. I went on it earlier this year and I’ve never been so Sh#t scared in all my life!! I really do think the ride should be closed down, because of how rough the ride really is
