Happy birthday Ruben! You really remind me of how it was being 20 and just experiencing new things every day. Keep living! You'll might have a day when you will just want to stay at home and chop wood or be completely happy shuttling your kid to kindergarten and then sit in an office. At 20 i travelled europe and painted trains. Today i am very happy with my 9-5. Crazy. Don't know where i want to go with this or what i would like to say. Always check the fuel line first. I once made a 10 gallon Yamaha fuel tank shrink into the size of a can of coke by forgetting to open the breathing valve on the tank. Best cruising channel on KZbin and what a great bunch of people you guys are.

My Great Grandfather was one of the rescuers that rowed out to the Pollockshields when it ran aground to save the crew. That was back when Bermuda had a thriving whaling industry. If you look at some of the beaches, you can see where they had the fire pits to process the oil. JM2C

As a St David's Islander, the men of St David's used to put out that light on purpose to bring ships up on the rocks. They would steal the boat down to the waterline. Many of St David's houses are made out of those boats.

When dealing with small Yamaha outboards with portable gas tanks, always start with the fuel flow. It's the most likely cause and the easiest to remedy. No tools needed and no risk of dropping parts overboard. Yamaha outboards are usually bulletproof so fuel is most likely the cause of one not starting or running properly.
