WE SAVED an ELDERLY GRANDMA from a Violation, OVERGROWN SIDEWALK NEGLECTED
I received a call that there was a nice Elderly lady that wasn’t able to mow her yard due to various health concerns so I stopped by her Trailer to give her yard a makeover. As I approached the door and began to knock, I was worried something was wrong and she wasn’t answering. Luckily, I had her phone number and gave her a call and she definitely needed some help with the yard. Moments later, it started raining and it was a muddy mess, but, we finished it up, wait until you see the edging on the concrete patio.
No one would help thiis lady- • NOBODY would mow this ...

that’s like me i’m 68 have had two back surgeries and a knee replacement so i struggle with keeping up as i live in a housing development and we have CCR’s that we are to go by and my front yard is very tiny and so for the last several years i mowed mine and our neighbors so it looks all the same

Great job, Erik. Your son is a hard worker like his dad. It would be great if you could power wash for her also. I’m sure she would appreciate anything you can do. It’s difficult when we get old and have physical limitations. Our brains think we still can, but our bodies don’t agree. I’ve just spent a couple hours the last two mornings weeding and thinning out bulbs from a very small garden. I’m not quite finished. It got too hot. I will go out early tomorrow to finish and then mulch. In my younger days I would have had it done in a couple hours max….and probably put in some new plants as well. It’s frustrating, but I still like to dig in the dirt so I’ve kept a few small areas. Bless you. 😊💖🦋🕊

It’s awesome what you’re doing for these people who are unable to get help. It’s sad that neighbors can’t see this and help them out when they’re cutting their own grass. I think it’s wonderful also that you have your son there helping you out showing him that it’s good to help others that need help and not feeling that they need to get paid to do it. Hint that I learned from watching Juggernaut/ the boring channel…mow so all the grass clippings go into a pile in the center. Then you can mulch them up without leaving rows of cut grass. Beautiful job! Thanks for helping some of your less fortunate neighbors.

Well bless you for helping out grandma. The thing about getting older is you think about when you were younger and was able to do all on your own. As we age, your back starts hurting, you develop arthritis in your hands, stairs are a challenge etc. Keep up helping other's 👍🥰
