Thank you for being honest and not "sugar coating" your experience there in Egypt...

It's unbelievable that there are still artifacts from 4600 years ago and are still in excellent condition. I am not a museum person myself, but I would definitely check out that place for a while. Thanks for bringing us along with you.

Oh wow. What a beautiful place isnt it! I'm changing my career from nursing to European history and US history! There's so much wonderful history and life changing experiences from getting to know everything and everyone that walked the grounds. To see the wonderful wonders of the world has to be amazing!! I'll get there one day. 😀

It’s amazing that some museums forget the smallest things, such as the dates of the objects. At an aquarium, I was disappointed that they didn’t have a map to show where the fish were found.

I found the vendors in Marrakech, Morocco worse than Cairo.for hassling you but Egypt it’s a place like no other... loving this series unique in every way

I've travelled a lot and Marrakech is the worst place I've been to for being hassled. I felt like everyone was trying to rip me off the whole time. It's a shame as it's a fascinating place.

Jason... Rocker and bad-boy at all times... Breakin' tha rools!!! I, however, can spend hours upon hours within a museum (provided there are subjects and displays I'm interested in)... Hell, I got to lay on a bed of nails at a museum!!! Interactivity in a museum can be wonderful, but I understand it's not for some people... (Pssst, I spent over an hour at the S. Korean War Museum when I was stationed there... I had a blast!)

Whoa, amazed you are both able to speak. I would have been exhausted, especially given the 'pushy' people.
@heathercronkhite45684 жыл бұрын
I’m surprised you have never ran into pushy people in Nassau or Jamaica. They are so bad in Jamaica they would come back to the cruise ship with you lol. You just have to be firm and don’t let it get to you. If that’s your first time it is very overwhelming.

That is not Egypt, your next trip should be to Luxor and Aswan. You guys never experienced pushy vendors in Nassau or Ocho Rios ? Egypt is no different.

Disney Scoop exactly, the worse I have seen has been in Nassau with people grabbing my arms and hands trying to get my attention. Luxor and Aswan would have been a great.
