I keep the jewellery items 'til I've got 12-15 of 'em, then have a jewellery-only sale. Regularly score $6000+ on that, there are 3 watches over $1,000 apiece. My biggest regret is selling that white table right at the beginning . . . You defo need it the more items you get. My routine: Empty Market Stall, Buy 2 Warehouses, Fill Stall, go to other Warehouses & Buy 2, empty van at Market Stall. Go to bed, Buy 2 more Warehouses at first place, go to Market Stall and sell, sell, sell. Got the Transit Van, Own the House, working toward a shop which I will NOT use, but need for Auctions . . .

You would't believe but you have three hands.. Use your Q to pick up stuff after left and right hands are used. And funniest thing is that you can put suff to your left and right hand and hop in to your car.. nice way to carry big items

they have put in a new road! you have always taken the hardest rout to the market if you just take the road instead of insisting on flying off that hill. a little bit down the road they put a direct road in that goes to the right that before the update was the way to cut threw the grass for the fastest rout. also you cant over price things no one will even bargain with you on that item. another thing try this go buy your storage units at night after the day of valuable sales time then at night go back and get everything fixed and priced (remember the price stays with the item once you put in a price for that item. so you can price an item and throw it on the floor and change its spot it will stay that price entered) than after all the work is done then go to bed and get back to the market as fast as you can its all about volume of sales you only have so much time to sell you have all the time in the world after the day the clock stops at 23:00 tell you go to bed. sorry but i keep coming up with things to say you would do well to just send low-ballers away someone will show up with a better price i never sell anything for more than 10% off top price

the bargaining aspect is the most broken in a bad way part of the game that and owning a store gives almost no positives. When most of the customers are paying half price its frustratingly too easy to lose your profits. Would not suggest you get the 3rd warehouse upgrade. It causes all the warehouse priced to jack way up for no reason.
