Their outdoor kitchen is the best fusion of Korean aesthetics and Filipino native design. It's so clean and bright and just very prettily designed. I hope Filipinos can learn from their vlogs or just Korean design aesthetic in general. We have great native and local materials, we just need to know how to incorporate more aesthetic design.

Totally agree. I was just in conversation with my aesthetician, who just came back from the Philippines. Her daughter in law built a concrete house for her parents, it’s hot inside, only one room has air conditioning. Why not utilize the local materials, just like what they have here in their video, it’s not only refreshing but very environmentally friendly too. I know this is what I’m aiming for when I retire.

@@tessbrown9885 possibly because it's not exactly typhoon proof to always use local nipa and you have to keep on rebuilding everytime there is a calamity. This design is good enough for temporary areas like a dirty outdoor kitchen but not a house for longterm use. I am praising their dirty kitchen studio rather than their house.
