Suggestion for when the new/old mons get added to the randomizer, I would love to see a classic "choose your own starter" style video, just pick what you want from the returning/new mons and have some fun with them.

Hoopa is one of those mons where they have great physical AND special sets, they got good stats for both, can run banded or specs, and they got good coverage and stab for both. Its a really heavy hitter, thats balanced by its weakness of uturn, one of the most common pivot moves in pokemon.

@@EnglishAaron its better to just run either or. Just maximize on one stat for the most dmg. Also nahh, its not the frailest mon ever, it can take non bug move hits, still not worth it to spend EVs on non offensive stats. So just go max atk and speed. I dont like Life Orb Hoopa much, i much rather run choice or AV. Best i still think is specs, just cause the coverage it has is way better, but he does have the stronger stab in phys, so take that as you may.

I really appreciate the covering of the glitched texture to be safe. Strobe stuff gets left with no warning a lot, which can be really dangerous. I’m glad to see it being taken seriously. /gen

If they actually cared about it they would look actually into a problem to see if it is safe. The porygon episode had a huge intense blue, red strobing. The flickering that you see here is much less intense than the flickering of normal CRTs during the time of the porygon episode anyway

That’s why people often put warning in their videos with what I would call < moderate strobing or flashing. Idk tho, I am in fact, not informed 🫡

I think a good idea with this concept is that you both pick a spot at the same time. If you both pick the same spot (left, middle, right) then you get that Pokemon. If you both choose different spots, then you have to take the one spot you both didn't say. That way, there's strategy in picking maybe not the best Pokemon just in case your opponent makes it obsolete by choosing a different spot, or you can decide if you want to tell your opponent where your better Pokemon are so you can coordinate with each other or betray that trust.

It might be cool if each person got a randomized 18 pokemon and you get to arrange which 3 starters are seen by your opponent in which order. Possibly try to mind control your opponent into not picking better mons later by the options you gave earlier

Idea for a better soul link version is have both people see their pokemon and get reactions but take turns between the two people and have one person choose which pokemon from left middle right are linked to opposing left middle right so (I link my left with your middle etc) and the the other person chooses middle left right then switch so really similar to this but more skill involved with seeing reactions so maybe you could link ur best mon with theirs
