Becarefull with some of those moving companies...I worked for United Van lines back in the day...alot of them are companies paying for their employees to move...I've packed bricks and rocks and garbage in boxes...on the other hand these are high level employees with nice stuff...just beware when the company is paying these people will take everything...when they pay for themselves they tend to downsize..good luck I like your vids

Wow I'm pretty surprised that there wasn't that many people at the auction. All of the lockers looked like really nice quality stuff. This is near my area so I might have to start checking out some more auctions. Thanks for sharing!

Yes the dishpacks usually hold dishes and breakables and some expensive stuff.. but they are wrapped and packed really well and they make a sturdy base but not to stack bookboxes but you can stack alot on them ..they are solid...the pictures that are crated are usually the expensive ones and or granite tops or expensive glass tops ..but if it's a real valuable picture it will be crated

That was soooo confusing for me. And the Dave Hester on here isnt the same jerk we hated on television. I needed subtitles and pointing fingers. A lotta people milling around...your store was full! Your daughter is beautiful.

Sit down while I break the news, the show was well known for being staged. Like in scripted. They hired the mean guy who yelled yup, the couples who fought with each other, a Russia, rich guy who bought for fun and drive goofy cars, etc. every once in a while a staged fight. They were also known to salt the units so abig wad of $$$$ would appear, a valuable clock, gold rings etc. Most storage bins are 1/2 full of unusuable junk, not something viewers want to watch. So it makes for better tv if adding great items necessary to keep viewers from getting bored. Notice Dave is running this auction in a professional way, like a real auction, and making excellent money. Viewers are critical, he is not like guy on show. No kidding. That must have gotten stale for all the buyers after a while. Their success was in the viewers who believed the made up personalities, "I hate that Dave, I would spit on him."

That up to the people involved their can be. Some do business together for yrs. you don’t have to be a prick to make money. It all comes down to your name if your trusted or not. If I don’t trust you than I want nothing to do with you. Everyone can make money without being greedy a lot of money to be made if you know what your doing treat people how you want to be treated and that will go a long ways Dave didn’t figure that out. How many people just wouldn’t deal with him I know I wouldn’t. In business it all comes back to your name. So many companies live day to day week to week and they will not last the long run doing that you got to get people to come back and tell many more how good you are at running your business. Make a few up front and make a lot more in the end.
