Not many Malaysians even actually aware that Pangkor and Pangkor Laut are two different islands...I just came back from Pangkor Laut Resort as well and wow, it is a totally different and luxurious experience than visiting the Pangkor lsland. The beaches on the Pangkor Laut Island are usually kept clean from the rubbish all the times, but it is unfortunate that the resort has to do this since the rubbish comes from the busiest Straits of Malacca and the surrounding populated islands.

@@lindareisenhauer Redang Island is a paradise and is a must. If u decide to go to mabul, stay on the water villa. The water is crystal clear. But the island itself is not that clean. It's pretty sad. The villagers there didn't take good care of the island :(
