I stayed in a shepherd's hut on the Gower once and with the wood burner it was so cosy. It is kind of nice to go back to a stripped back way of life in a small space with just the basics.

A charming way to stay in the countryside. There was a KR walk there last July, which I was very happy to do since Steep is where one of my favourite poets lived. Did you get a chance to visit the Poet's Stone? Wonderful views from there.

It was really charming Andrew and something I have always wanted to do. We didn't have time to visit anywhere in Steep as we left the hut and went straight to the Floral Fringe Fair, but we will someday 🥰

@@lionelmarytravels6003 hello Lionel and Mary, thanks for watching. It’s in a village called Steep, very pretty on the West Sussex Hampshire border sort of. Yes, we keep busy, it’s the best way to be when you are able and we try to enjoy every day the best way we can. Have to make the most of the nice weather. We hope to be going to Wiltshire in the not too distant future 🤞
