We Stayed on the Ship and Rode the AquaDuck | Day 4 on The Disney Fantasy

Today is our 4th day sailing with The Tim Tracker family. This morning we arrive in Grand Cayman. Tim heads out early to go scuba diving. The rest of us decide to have a relaxing day and stay on the ship while it is less crowded.
We start the day with some coffee from the Cove Cafe along with some of their amazing pastries.
Later we have breakfast at Cabanas, before heading to the adult area the Quite Cove to just chill out. We spend hours laying in the loungers, and floating in the pool. We enjoys some of the best Chicken Fingers you can get and then ride the Aqueduct when the lines are the lowest.
It was a fantastic day.

With a water slide like that, I can see why you would stay on the ship instead of going out on an excursion. I would spend about half the day on that slide and the rest just relaxing. Thanks for sharing!

The excursions on this cruise were not great. So yes I agree riding the aqua duck and just hanging out in the adult pool having a beer or two and chatting in the sun was the best. If I could do it over that is what we would change.

@@TheHolyMoly Not a big fan of excursions. When we went to Nassau, instead of going on an excursion, we took a private car to the Atlantis casino and hung out there.. Their aquarium is amazing and it was a fun fun half day to spend out there. Plus, we didn't even gamble. All our other ports were just staying on the ship doing what you did... relax relax relax.

@@TheRCVlogour favourite excursions in the past have been when we did our own thing. Walking around St.Thomas or renting a car in St.Martin.

Smoked salmon on a toasted bagel FTW! Unfortunately it's been removed from most of the breakfast buffets at WDW. I agree about staying onboard at Grand Cayman after having been there enough times though plane spotting at Maho Beach is fun. It's also nice to chillax on a quiet ship!
