I mean it used to be true. Masts didn't originally fall down and before stronghold kegs the explosions weren't strong enough to reach the hull of the ship

Back in the day you actually could store it in the mast the kegs were the red ones and the mast didn’t fall down originally so the kegs couldn’t reach your boat because the damage on the red ones wasn’t big enough to reach and there weren’t stronghold kegs

Firstly, I absolutely LOVE the amount of content we’ve been getting! Long videos every three days or so is insane! I couldn’t be happier with how that’s going! I do have an opinion on the editing though, if anyone would like: So I know what the editor is going for, and I might be alone or in the minority, but I find the “Tarantino style” cuts a tad confusing, where we get a third of the way through one encounter, cut to a different encounter for a bit, part way through that one cut back to the first one, then a third encounter mixed in before cutting back to encounter 2, etc. Just makes it difficult to follow which encounter is which, which crew Hitbo is with in this encounter, if that encounter just ended like that or if we’re coming back. Then when we come back I have to reorient myself and remember where we left off before we cut to a different fight. That style of editing works well in a TV show (like Fallout for example) with a narrative and different character arcs to follow, all contributing to the overall narrative (which is why I get what the editor is going for) but in fights/encounters where the narrative isn’t clearly established and things are a bit chaotic and random that style doesn’t lend itself as well. Like I said, I might alone or in the minority, but I’m not a HUGE fan of it in the last couple videos. Just poppin my opinion out there, much love everybody!

Since ps5 joined the seas, it feels fun again. So many clueless sailors on the seas now. Ive been reaper 5 and ive had so many new people roll up to my boat to ask me questions, alliance, and literally everything BUT fight. Been seeing many boats anchored with sails down. Its been awesome teaching new players niche tips, or important details about the game. The whole flow of the game has changed it seems.
